Our client, a leader in the logistics and customs brokerage industry, is seeking a Billing Specialist with Brokerage Experience to join their team. As a Billing Specialist, you will be part of the Accounting & Compliance Department supporting the Billing and Customs Entry teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Mile 9 Area

Pay Rate:

$19 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends

What’s the Job?

+ Process and generate accurate billing invoices for import/export transactions

+ Review and verify documentation related to brokerage entries (e.g., CBP Form 7501)

+ Collaborate with brokerage team to ensure accurate classification and entry data

+ Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

+ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies

What’s Needed?

+ 2+ years of billing experience, preferably in a logistics or brokerage environment

+ Working knowledge of customs documentation, especially CBP Form 7501

+ Proficiency in billing/accounting software and Microsoft Excel

+ Strong communication and analytical skills

+ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
