Our client, a **subsidiary of a major international heavy equipment manufacturer** , is seeking **Manufacturing Associates** to join their operations team. What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day will include a variety of hands-on tasks that support the production process, such as:

+ Preparing and cleaning parts for assembly or shipment

+ Operating basic tools and equipment to assist in manufacturing

+ Inspecting materials for quality and accuracy

+ Organizing and packaging components

+ Following safety and production guidelines to keep operations running smoothly

Mechanical Tasks You’ll Be Comfortable With

+ Using hand tools like mallets, wrenches, and air guns

+ Cleaning and prepping metal components

+ Performing basic maintenance and part handling

+ Working with industrial cleaning and rust-prevention processes

What You Bring

+ Basic mechanical experience or comfort working with tools

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

+ Capability to lift up to 35 lbs

+ Experience with blueprint reading and measuring tools is a plus
