    Report Times: 2:15 ppm - 3:30 pm

    Daily Hours: 1.25

     

    Work Year: 40 weeks

    Minimum Requirements:

    Current GTA, certified teacher

    Desired Qualifications:

    -Utilizes Culturally Responsive Instructional strategies and practices to differentiate instruction and meet the diverse needs of students.

     

    -Strong awareness of the NYS ELA and Math standards. As well as literacy approaches

     

    -Works well collaboratively with students from diverse backgrounds and instructional needs.

     

    -Willingness to plan, develop, and implement high-quality lesson plans.

     

    -Commitment to timeliness and attendance for the duration of the sessions.

    Position Summary/Responsibilities:

    -Provide high-quality and engaging instruction as an intervention to a select group of students in need.

     

    -Deliver targeted skills-based instruction and lessons based on NYS standards and students' data two days a week after school from 2:15-3:15 PM.

     

    -Administer pre- and post-assessments based on Olympia priority standards.

     

    -Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and achievement.

     

    -Ensure student safety and supervision during program hours.
