Job Title: Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving

**Location:** Sumner, WA

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

**Job Type:** Full-Time

We’re seeking a dependable and safety-conscious **Forklift Operator** to join our Shipping & Receiving team in Sumner, WA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in **inventory management, order picking, customer service, and will call operations** . If you're skilled with both stand-up and sit-down forklifts and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load/unload trailers and move materials throughout the warehouse

+ Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying packing slips and quantities

+ Prepare and stage outgoing shipments based on daily schedules

+ Perform inventory checks, assist with cycle counts, and maintain accurate records

+ Pick orders and support will call operations with professionalism and attention to detail

+ Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Use scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement

+ Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

+ Proven experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts (certification preferred or ability to certify upon hire)

+ Strong background in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations

+ Experience with inventory management, order picking, customer service, and will call

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

+ Basic computer or scanner experience for inventory tracking

+ Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
