    Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an **Operations Specialist** in **Springfield, OH!**

     

    Pay rate: $16/hr

     

    Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 7a-330p or 8a-5p

    Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

    • Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks

    • Responsible for performing logging checks, processing checks, processing documents, working CLEAR queues, and placing outbound calls to insurance carriers as well as receiving inbound calls from insurance carriers

    • Aids and back up as needed to meet client requirements and SLA’s

    • Handles other duties/projects based on business needs

    Education/Certification Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Experience requirements:

    • Insurance or banking operations experience preferred

    • 1+ years of office/back-office experience required

    • Strong communication skills

    • Tech savvy

    • Excellent phone etiquette skills

    • Ability to use office equipment

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
