Unity House of Troy is currently seeking an overnight Case Manager in our Community Residence program located at 8th Street.

This shift covers Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday over night shift
Responsibilities:
Provide single staff coverage in a residential setting for people living with mental health issues.
Assist individuals living at the residence as needs arrive with supportive counseling.
Provide service coordination and medication supervision for program clients.
Provide crisis intervention/emergency assistance for residence.
Ensure satisfactory functioning of the facility.
Light cleaning duties with possible light lifting.
Must do evening safety routines and check lists, which include: Monthly fire drills and house inventory.
Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required and at least 1 yr of experience working with adults living with a mental illness. Valid NYS Driver License. Reliable transportation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills. Ability to work independently and as a team.
