Description We are looking for a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to support legal operations and contribute to the success of the firm through your organizational and communication skills. The role involves a variety of tasks, making it ideal for a self-motivated individual eager to grow in a detail-oriented legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents in accordance with established procedures.

• Accurately file legal documents and ensure timely submissions.

• Communicate effectively with internal team members and external partners to address inquiries and coordinate tasks.

• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

• Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Utilize computer systems and software tools to streamline processes and maintain records.

• Assist in consumer collections and support civil litigation processes.

• Contribute to team efforts by taking on additional duties as assigned. Requirements

• Proven reliability and ability to consistently meet expectations.

• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of consumer collections and civil litigation is an advantage.
