Job Title: Heater Assembly Technician (Entry Level)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our production team as a Heater Assembly Technician. This entry-level role involves inspecting, assembling, and preparing heater components and wire-wound panels to meet product specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Identify and distinguish between properly functioning and defective heaters, circuits, and wire-wound panels

+ Perform self-inspections to ensure all work meets product requirements and quality standards

+ Clean raw materials and finished components using Isopropyl Alcohol, water, air hoses, and cloths

+ Prepare and apply pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) using bladder press equipment

+ Accurately tape heaters onto boards for potting and conformal coating processes

+ Follow work orders and assembly instructions to complete tasks efficiently and correctly

Required Skills:

+ Soldering and crimping techniques

+ Proficient use of hand tools and measuring instruments

+ Ability to read and follow work orders and technical documentation

+ Basic troubleshooting of electrical components

Additional Qualifications:

+ Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

+ Ability to speak, read, and understand English

+ Dependable attendance and punctuality

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality protocols

Experience Level:

Entry Level – No prior experience required, but any experince in electronics assembly or manufacturing is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
