Job Title: General Laborer – Fabrication Support

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

+ Support welders and fabricators with daily tasks and project execution

+ Prepare and organize tools and materials for welding and fabrication

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

+ Load and unload materials and finished products

+ Operate hand and power tools with precision and care

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

+ Assemble mechanical components to exact specifications

+ Inspect and test assemblies to ensure top-tier quality

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

+ Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

What You Bring

+ Experience in general labor, construction, or fabrication environments

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools

+ Ability to read and understand technical drawings

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks and stand for extended periods

+ Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in prefabrication or construction-related environments

+ Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

+ Safety-first attitude and familiarity with PPE standards

Work Environment

This role is based in a dynamic shop setting with exposure to noise, dust, and industrial equipment. Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, long pants, and a t-shirt are required. Expect a fast-paced, hands-on environment where safety and teamwork are top priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
