A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

You start your day by syncing with a small, dynamic team,

exchanging insights and aligning on how to push our finance processes to the

next level! Whether you’re refining financial reports, supporting our SAP

S/4HANA rollout, or working on a prototype for automated reporting using the

latest technology, you’re at the center of a finance function that’s being

built from the ground up!

This role offers more than just a seat at the table; it

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

+ Helpdesign and optimize digital finance processes that support factoryoperations and scale with growth.

+ Contributeto the successful rollout and continuous improvement of our SAP S/4HANAsystem.

+ Useand explore sophisticated tools — including AI, automation, and datavisualization platforms — to turn financial data into real-time insights.

+ Supportfinancial planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenariomodeling and take part in internal controls, audit preparation, andfinancial accuracy initiatives.

+ Identifyinefficiencies and actively shape smarter solutions that drivetransparency, agility, and business impact.

+ Collaborateacross teams — from engineering and procurement to IT and projectmanagement — in a truly cross-functional environment.

What You Bring (requirements)

+ Auniversity degree or equivalent experience in Finance, BusinessAdministration, Information Systems, or a related field with strongfinancial and digital orientation.

+ 1–2years of professional experience in finance or a related role.

+ Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP/reportingsystems is a plus, along with a genuine interest in digital technologiessuch as AI and automation.

+ Curiosity,resilience, and a proactive attitude — solution oriented, ownershipdriven, and able to thrive in a fast-changing, tech-forward environmentwhile collaborating optimally with strong communication skills.

+ Agrowth mindset with the ambition to develop into a future leader infinance, continuously learning and building something new.

+ Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.
