Seasoned Project Manager to lead a high-impact Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiative at one of the world’s most iconic media companies. This strategic program will transform budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business units. You’ll work within a large PMO, managing cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver results that align with enterprise goals. Duration: 12+ Months (High likelihood of extension)

+ Lead planning and execution of a multi-phase EPM implementation.

+ Build and manage detailed project plans using Smartsheet.

+ Partner with finance and accounting to manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets.

+ Coordinate across a matrixed PMO and large-scale program teams.

+ Drive stakeholder alignment across corporate and business units.

+ Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery.

+ Track KPIs, project health, and provide actionable insights.

+ Resolve risks, issues, and conflicts; escalate when needed.

+ Communicate scope, priorities, and progress to leadership.

+ Present project outcomes and business value using metrics.

+ 8+ years of project management experience leading large-scale initiatives.

+ Strong background in EPM (budgeting, forecasting, financial planning).

+ Experience with ERP/Finance platform implementations (Oracle EPM a plus).

+ Proven success in matrixed environments and cross-functional leadership.

+ Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Familiarity with financial processes and terminology.

+ Experience in media/entertainment or large enterprise environments preferred.

+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

+ Pay Range: $80/hr - $90/hr
