    Digital Banking Implementation Business Analyst

     

    At TEKsystems we are supporting our client seeking an Implementation Business Analyst to lead and support digital banking initiatives. This role is pivotal in managing projects across online banking, mobile banking, and digital account opening platforms, with a strong focus on the Q2 platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in business analysis, stakeholder communication, and testing, along with leadership capabilities to guide a small but agile team.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead end-to-end digital banking projects, from requirements gathering to post-production support.

    + Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

    + Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans to validate solutions.

    + Create and maintain documentation including business process flows and application charts.

    + Ensure compliance with SDLC/PLC processes and regulatory guidelines.

    + Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes.

    + Provide regular status updates and presentations to management and stakeholders.

    + Oversee transition of projects to operations and support teams.

    + Manage and mentor staff responsible for digital banking systems implementation.

    + Define team roles, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations.

    + Coordinate team resources and project timelines.

    + Facilitate team meetings and resolve issues across all levels of staff.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Minimum 5 years of Implementation Business Analyst experience

    + Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement

    + Hands-on testing experience (test cases, scripts, execution)

    + Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    + PMO experience

    + Experience with digital banking platforms (Q2 preferred)

    + Advanced requirement gathering techniques

    + Experience in financial services or banking environments

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $47.00/hr.
