As a **DX Sr. Business Analyst** you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing business processes within the Payer domain. With a focus on Product and Data Analytics the candidate will leverage SharePoint Jira and other collaboration tools to manage requirements and engage stakeholders effectively. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights enhancing the companys impact on society.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. Role & Responsibilities:

+ Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to drive strategic business decisions within the Payer domain.

+ Oversee the management of requirements throughout their lifecycle ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

+ Provide expertise in Product and Data Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

+ Utilize SharePoint and other collaboration tools to facilitate efficient communication and information sharing across teams.

+ Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring clarity and completeness.

+ Implement and manage Jira for tracking project progress and managing tasks effectively.

+ Conduct whiteboarding sessions to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.

+ Analyze and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented strategies.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements.

+ Provide training and support to team members on the use of analytics tools and methodologies.

+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business activities.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills:

+ Possess a strong background in Product and Data Analytics with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in using SharePoint for collaboration and information management.

+ Exhibit expertise in requirement lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.

+ Show experience in using Jira for project management and task tracking.

+ Have a solid understanding of the Payer domain and its unique challenges.

+ Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

The annual salary for this position is between $72,444 – $142,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
