*Job Title: Category Analyst CVS* * Job Location: Cumberland, RI* * _Summary_* The Category Analyst will develop and implement retail initiatives to meet and exceed Hershey and CVS objectives. The Category Analyst will be an expert in the pervasive application of insights to fuel retail growth. Key to role is synthesizing business trends, competitive trends, shopper insights, financial insights, etc., to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive retail growth across the store. The Category Analyst will influence and support 3 year annual planning through the pervasive use of insights and capabilities. 6 * _Responsibilities_* * CVS Category Captain* * The Indispensable Category partner to the CVS buying team * Works with supply chain team at CVS to manage seasonal order writing, allocations, and deployment to retail * Utilizes many different data sources to include Circana, ExtraCare, SOLVE, Numerator, PowerBI, etc. to drive insights * * * Hershey Sales Partner* * Collaborates with sales team on meeting strategy and preparation to include, but not limited to Customer Reviews, GCIC, JBP, bi-weekly meetings, etc. * Partners with Manager of Human Insights to develop and deploy the insights plan for the Drug channel * Qualifications* Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Experience: This position requires previous CPG Sales and/or Category Management experience (approximately 3-5 years), analytical skills, understanding of consumer/shopper behavior and market research strategies and methods, knowledge of consumer sales industry trends and complete working knowledge of the category management process. Works out of Hershey office (Cumberland, RI) 3 days a week; works from home 2 days a week. Less than 10% travel required. The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
