Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our 1919 Kitchen and Tap team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting management with the efficient operation of the restaurant.

What will you do?

+ Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service, and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met

+ Assist managers in training and development of the team and conduct team member-counseling sessions, including corrective action reports

+ Collaborate with the manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume

+ Greet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team members' needs within your assigned area

More about you

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position, in a high-volume environment, required

+ Superior organization and guest service abilities

+ Basic math skills and computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail

+ Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations

+ No college degree required

Physical requirements

+ Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs

+ Standing or walking for the duration of the shift

+ Possible exposure to second-hand smoke and high noise volumes
