Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail- oriented Catering Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate food service while providing a level of hospitality that exceeds guest expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.

+ Knowledgeable of menu offerings

+ Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.

+ Performs post event product inventory and restocks, as needed.

+ Understands all event paperwork and reports

+ Adheres to location appearance| uniform guidelines

+ Employs good safety and sanitation practices.

+ Follow responsible alcohol service policies.

+ Completes other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

+ Able to stand for extended periods

+ Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Qualifications:

+ Valid TABC (Alcohol| Liquor Certification)

+ Excellent customer service, organizations, and time management

+ Ability to speak, read, and write in English

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Ability to remain focused in a busy environment
