Production and Shipping Clerk

General Summary: To provide administrative support for the members of the Shipping Department.

Basic Qualifications:

Education equivalent to High School graduate

Proficient skills in use of personal computer, Microsoft Office software, calculator and other office machines.

Must be able to communicate and work well with others.

Ability to work overtime if necessary to meet deadlines.

Knowledge-Skills-Abilities

Perform record keeping of Shipping Department.

Schedule Shipping Department Employees, maintain vacation records, track absences.

Coordinate truck schedules.

Assist in mill production for both machines.

Perform daily warehouse billings.

Responsible for daily pulp shipments.

Responsible for entering and updating purchase requisitions.

Complete daily/monthly reports as required.

Order supplies for Shipping Department.
