    POSITION SUMMARY: Develop and expand the customer base of Clean Corp., and manage that corporation.

    Essential Accountabilities:

    1. Develop marketing and communication strategies for the expansion of the business.

    2. Explore new and innovative ways to develop the customer base.

    3. Solicit new business.

    4. Meet with prospects and new customers.

    5. Maintain business relationships with current customers

    6. Prepare new contracts and bids for private customers and New York State Industries for the Disabled, Inc. (NYSID).

    7. Negotiate contracts with NYSID.

    8. Renew private and NYSID contracts.

    9. Participate at networking events.

    10. Prepare marketing letters and follow up marketing letters with phone calls.

    11. Manage the operation of the company, including interactions with Clean Corp employees, customers and vendors.

    12. Assist Program Director to resolve employee or customer complaints.

    13. Assist Program Director with issues involving the operation of the company, including meetings and the hiring of staff.

    14. Search for and maintain business relationships with vendors.

    15. Participate in career events and trade shows.

    + Clean Corp. administrative duties that will include:

    + Correspond with Human Resources Department thru Paycom Software System and updates notes as needed.

    + Facilitate weekly Clean Corp Team meeting and monthly Clean Corp/ Human Resources meeting, setting up the agendas and meeting minutes.

    + Act as liaison between Clean Corp and Human Resources.

    + Track and send Clean Corp employee’s Performance Appraisals to Human Resources Department.

    + Develop Job Descriptions and Justification Memos and Job Requisitions to support any status changes for Clean Corp employees.

    + Assist with on-boarding of Clean Corp applicants.

    + Keep and update Clean Corp control sheet on an as needed basis.

    + Review the Personnel Action Forms (PAF) dashboard for outstanding PAFs and submits PAFs as needed.

    + Update hiring/tracking sheet and use Paycom to search for new applicants.

    + Oversee hiring process.

    + Track inactive employees.

    + Track trainings for Clean Corp employees.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in related field. Strong written and communication skills require. Demonstrate proficiency with appropriate software. Must be self- motivated, confident, energetic, and creative. Access to a car and valid NY State License required.
