VP, Talent (5-6 direct reports)

We’re looking for a **strategic and hands-on VP of Talent** to lead all **Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners worldwide** for our 1,000-person organization. This role is all about building exceptional teams, elevating our people strategy, and creating a high-performance culture across the globe.

What you’ll do:

+ Own global talent strategy — from workforce planning to succession.

+ Lead and coach our HRBPs to be true strategic partners to the business.

+ Oversee recruiting worldwide — building diverse, high-quality pipelines.

+ Partner with execs on organization design, capability building, and leadership development.

+ Use data to measure impact and continuously improve how we attract and retain talent.

What we’re looking for:

+ 10+ years in HR, with global leadership in TA & HRBP functions.

+ Experience supporting a distributed workforce of ~1,000 people.

+ Proven ability to inspire, influence, and deliver results.

+ A builder’s mindset with the ability to scale programs globally.
