    BayCare is looking for its newest Outpatient Infusion, LPN in Riverview, FL. The Outpatient Infusion, Licensed Practical Nurse works in collaboration with and under direct oversight of the LPN III and is responsible for delivery of patient care as directed for assigned patients including medication administration, therapy and interventions. Performs other duties as assigned. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

    Licensure & Certification:

    •LPN license is required

    • BLS is required

    Education:

    • Required HS Diploma or Equivalent

    Experience:

    • Required experience is 6 months
