Forklift Driver / Warehouse Assistant

$18.00 per hour

Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of a busy warehouse facility. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

+ Assisting with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.

+ Picking and packing orders for shipment.

+ Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.

+ Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations.

+ Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

+ Ensuring a clean and organized work area.

+ Assisting with loading and unloading trucks.

Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.

+ Previous forklift and tele-handler experience required.

+ Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding role.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

+ Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
