    Now Hiring: Logistics Customer Service Representative – 2nd Shift

     

    Are you experienced in logistics, organized under pressure, and ready for your next opportunity? **LSI Staffing** is hiring for a **Logistics Customer Service Representative** in **Blue Springs, MO** with a fast-growing logistics company.

     

    This is not your standard customer service role—you’ll play an essential part in **yard and dock coordination** , manage **warehouse communications** , and support **shipping/receiving operations** .

    Pay & Schedule:

    + **Shift:** 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    + **Pay:** $21.00/hour

    + **Job Type:** Temp-to-Hire with long-term growth potential

    What You’ll Do:

    + Use the client’s **inventory management system** and Microsoft Office tools

    + Handle incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service

    + Coordinate **driver check-ins and check-outs**

    + Assign docks and collaborate with internal forklift operators

    + Serve as a **communication bridge** between warehouse teams and customers

    + Support daily shipping and receiving processes

    + Resolve issues related to **billing, shipping, or receiving**

    Ideal Candidate Has:

    + **3+ years** of verifiable customer service experience in **logistics or warehouse (Please do no apply unless your experience is in a warehouse environment)**

    + Strong **computer skills** and data entry accuracy

    + Experience with **Microsoft Office 365 (O365)**

    + Knowledge of **yard management and warehouse operations**

    + Excellent communication—both written and verbal

    + **Bilingual** skills (preferred, not required)

    + High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in Business or related field a plus)
