Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Logistics Associate 1 to join their team. As a Logistics Associate 1, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Logistics Associate 1
**Pay Range:** $16.50 + $1.00 (shift differential) = $17.50
Shift: Second Shift
What's the Job?
+ Perform shipping tasks including box making, order induction, and packing.
+ Engage in receiving activities such as unloading and sorting shipments.
+ Assist with value-added services like kitting, labeling, and general maintenance.
+ Support production assembly and ensure proper housekeeping in the warehouse.
+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance and safety standards.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Experience in a manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing setting is a plus, but not required.
