Responsibilities:

+ Coordinates incoming and outgoing order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents.

+ Liaises with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely in-coming/ out-going shipments.

+ Ensures prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments.

+ Investigates all non-conformance actions and recommends corrective actions.

+ Receives and checks inbound material accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Required:

+ High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

+ Must be able to work 2nd shift (4:30pm - 1am)

• **Preferred:**

+ Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in logistics
