Our client, a leader in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Quality Technician to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** 3rd Shift Quality Technician

**Location:** Victorville, CA

**Pay Range:** $26 per hour

**Shift:** 11pm - 7am (Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

+ Promote a safety culture and awareness while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

+ Maintain quality testing requirements, including checks for testing frequency and product compliance.

+ Support quality oversight during product changeovers and participate in quality audits for packaging lines.

+ Execute laboratory out of specification (OOS) investigations and perform chemical and analytical testing.

+ Document quality data following good documentation practices to ensure data integrity.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.

+ **Ability to operate and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation, including HPLC and GC.**

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

+ Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

+ Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.

+ Training will be in 1st shift from 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
