Overview BigBear.ai is seeking a Manager, Strategic Initiatives to support the Office of the CEO in enterprise-level transformation and growth initiatives. You will play a key role in driving insight, structure, and execution across the company’s most strategic priorities. Working closely with the VP of Strategy & Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will interface with leaders across all functions, including corporate development, growth, finance, technology, and operations. What you will do Build and maintain detailed financial and strategic models to evaluate product investments, partnerships, and business cases Drive preparation of Board of Directors materials, including quarterly business updates, investor decks, and strategic memos Identify and support high-leverage business development and marketing partnerships that reinforce strategic positioning and accelerate growth Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform go-forward strategy and positioning Support early-stage corporate development activity, including opportunity sourcing, target evaluation, and synergy analysis Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, Corporate Development, Growth and Marketing teams to drive alignment on strategic initiatives Contribute to enterprise strategic planning cycles and CEO-sponsored initiatives across business units Translate complex ideas into clear, data-driven narratives for executive stakeholders What you need to have 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent strategic role in tech, finance, or corporate strategy Strong understanding of all functions within a corporate enterprise Strong fluency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint Structured thinker with strong business intuition and quantitative problem-solving ability Experience or familiarity with the U.S. federal government market preferred (DoD, IC, or civilian) Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in executive or investor-facing settings Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, discretion, and intellectual curiosity What we'd like you to have Experience supporting corporate strategy or transformation programs within public companies Familiarity with the AI innovation landscape An active U.S. security clearance a plus About BigBear.ai BigBear.ai is a leading provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, supply chain management, and digital identity.
