    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    An Industrial Maintenance Technician ensures the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical systems in manufacturing or industrial settings. They play a critical role in minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.

    + Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; repair or replace faulty components.

    + Set up new equipment and ensure proper integration into existing systems.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years industrial maintenance experience

    + Strong mechanical experience

    + Experience with 3 phase motors (ability to wire up 3 phase)

    + Experience with 480V electrical systems

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

    + Preventive maintenance expertise

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic plant environment with a six-day work week. Join a team of Maintenance Technicians with shifts available on night and day schedules: 2 Maintenance Techs on the night shift from Sunday to Friday and 1 Maintenance Tech on the day shift from Monday to Saturday.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Laurel, Mississippi.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
