    Job Title: Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will be an integral part of the packaging and preparation of products for shipment. Engage in assembly line work that involves opening cases of products, inserting them into boxes, performing visual inspections, labeling, and placing cases onto pallets. This role also includes preparing mixed case orders for shipment through picking and verifying products. Success in this position requires efficiency, flexibility, attention to detail, and respectful communication with colleagues.

    Responsibilities

    + Package and prepare products for shipment in a warehouse environment.

    + Work on an assembly line, including opening cases, inserting products into boxes, and performing visual inspections.

    + Label products and put cases onto pallets.

    + Perform duties within a rotation system of assigned positions on the manual line.

    + Prepare mixed case orders for shipment by picking and verifying products.

    + Maintain organization and efficiency while executing tasks.

    + Communicate respectfully and effectively with team members.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in assembly and warehouse operations.

    + Proficient manual dexterity.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a bustling warehouse assembly space located in North Bend, WA. Up to 100 associates work alongside each other, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and non-offensive t-shirts, though skirts and dresses are prohibited for safety reasons. The standard shift schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:40 pm.

    This is a Contract position based out of North Bend, Washington.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
