    Medical Assistant – Cardiology Practice

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

    About the Role:

    We’re seeking a reliable and energetic Medical Assistant to join a fast-paced cardiology practice in Fairfield County. This is a great opportunity to work with one of Connecticut’s top healthcare employers in a high-volume outpatient setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Rooming patients and preparing exam rooms.

    + Cleaning and restocking clinical areas.

    + Answering phones and assisting with front office tasks.

    + Supporting providers and clinical staff in daily operations.

    Required Skills:

    + Medical assisting experience in a clinical setting.

    + Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic experience preferred).

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with 50+ patients per day.

    + Strong communication and multitasking skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + MA diploma (no license required).

    + Experience in cardiology or similar specialty.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
