    Job Details

    + **Location:** Albany, NY or Worcester, MA locations.

    + **Pay: $24.82 / Hour**

    + **Shift/Hours:** Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    **This is a Hybrid position** (1 day a week in office required)

    Requirements

    + 3 years of relevant work experience is required OR An associates degree with 1 year of experience.

    + Professional and/or Academic Experience in renewable energy, customer billing, and/or customer service is preferred.

    + Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams experience) and the ability to quickly learn other programs and applications such as Salesforce, SAP, and the company's customer billing system.

    Job description

    + The successful candidate will leverage their billing experience, preferably in a utility environment, to efficiently complete tasks and billing assignments that align with the program goals of distributed generation billing.

    + Customer billing setup and maintenance to ensure accurate compensation for distributed generation.

    + This position requires a proactive approach to solving complex problems and driving solutions to completion, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

    + Responsible for identifying and addressing issues independently

    + Responsible for managing the interconnection of customer-owned distributed electric generators and energy storage into the electric distribution grid.

    **Pay Details:** $24.82 per hour
