Description

We are looking for a motivated and personable Recruiter to join our client's team in Lexington, South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who excels in full-cycle recruiting and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent while upholding the company’s values and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Develop and maintain job postings and questionnaires in applicant tracking systems, such as Workday.

• Participate in weekly regional meetings to provide updates and insights on recruitment activities.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Act as the face of the company when engaging with candidates, showcasing our values and culture.

• Handle challenging conversations with hiring managers in a thoughtful and balanced manner.

• Organize and participate in team lunches and events to foster a welcoming and collaborative environment.

• Ensure the recruitment process is efficient and aligned with company policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the ATS.

• Collaborate with other HR departments to support overall staffing strategies.

Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a corporate or high-volume environment.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday, is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

• Confidence in representing the company and effectively promoting its values to potential candidates.

• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and tact, especially in a male-dominated industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other basic office software tools.

• A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
