Primary responsibilities for Quality Control Technicians include:
+ Inspect, test, and evaluate mobile devices to assess condition and functionality
+ Identify, document, and categorize issues based on company criteria
+ Perform component-level repairs, including analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and applying effective solutions
+ Handle small components and tools with precision and care
+ Use and maintain common repair tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
+ Follow established repair protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards
+ Accurately record and update inspection and repair results in company systems
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Basic knowledge of commonly used repair tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers
+ Ability to perform mobile device repairs at the component level
+ Strong analytical skills to identify issues, determine root causes, and develop repair solutions
+ Precision and dexterity to handle small components and tools carefully
+ Willingness to learn; experience preferred but not required
+ Understanding of mobile device hardware components (circuit boards, displays) is a plus
+ Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 20 lbs.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
