    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Coordinator to contribute to a process documentation and improvement initiative. This role will support the implementation and configuration of an applicant tracking system (ATS), with a preference for candidates who have experience in similar platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a passion for streamlining workflows.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing process improvement and documentation efforts.

    + Support the setup and configuration of ATS software, including data migration, user setup, and system testing.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and analyze existing workflows.

    + Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

    + Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

    + Provide administrative and logistical support, including meeting coordination and status reporting.

    + Use advanced Excel functions to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making.

    + Identify and escalate issues to ensure smooth project execution.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar roles.

    + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with any ATS platform is a plus.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).

    + Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

    + Exposure to process documentation and improvement methodologies is advantageous.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Background in HR, recruitment, or systems implementation.

    + Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).

    + Understanding of change management principles.
