Summary We are looking for an Environmental Technician who will join the Chobani family in our plant in Twin Falls, Idaho. You will perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside a particular building. Responsibilities Will be required to clean, sanitize, and inspect our processing areas in compliance with food safety regulations and audit standards Work independently with little supervision and with multiple chemicals Read and understand SOPs, and OPLs Operate buffer, floor scrubbers, foamer, and high-pressure hose Document all sanitation duties Responsible for Inspection (visual) of their own work Must be willing to work in different environment wet/dry Requirements HS Diploma – GED and 1 year experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning solutions and janitorial equipment preferred Able to bend, stoop and reach Work with and around chemical cleaning compounds Lift and carry objects weighing up to approximately 35 lbs Operate powered equipment normally found in sanitation operations Organize work and follow cleaning schedules Follow GMP and Safety guidelines About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place. Compensation Range: $21.00 - $26.00, plus bonus.
