    The overall scope of the Accounts Payable Specialist II-Processor encompasses processing tasks supporting basic, daily AP operations. Duties include, but are not limited to, invoice processing, vendor inquiries and basic problem solving. Job focus supports the timely, efficient and accurate handling and entry of AP transactions. Requires a basic knowledge of full-cycle Accounts Payables.

    *Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:*

    * 2 Years AP/related experience or equivalent levels of high education.

    * Prior knowledge of AP software applications, basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.

    * HS Diploma and/or certification or some college or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related functions required.

    *Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:*

    * AAS in Accounting/Business-Related field preferred

    * Lawson experience.

    * 4 years of AP/related experience.
