    We’re currently seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Chalfont, PA.

    Position Summary

    The Rental Coordinator is responsible for processing and coordinating all rental department contracts and projects. This includes managing equipment transportation, vendor coordination, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to learn more about the forklift and warehousing industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Process all National Account rental and transportation requests

    * Dispatch in-house drivers and coordinate external delivery services

    * Schedule and track equipment shipments

    * Process and file delivery documentation

    * Maintain and invoice rental equipment contracts

    * Collaborate closely with the Rental Manager on equipment, transportation, and service needs

    Physical Requirements

    * Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer

    * Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed

    * Ability to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and crawl as necessary

    * Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

    * Vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus
