Job Description

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have a proven track record in business/system analysis, business process improvement, and Solutions Design. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements, developing technical solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

+ Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

+ Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement system solutions.

+ Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.

+ Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems.

+ Prepare and present reports on project status and system performance.

Required Skills:

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proficiency in business process analysis and improvement.

+ Experience with project management methodologies.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Technical proficiency with relevant software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

+ Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.

+ Knowledge of specific business systems and software used in the organization.

The base range for this contract position is $55 - $75 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
