About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage the nursing department, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

+ Ensure compliance with CMS, DPH, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.

+ Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care.

+ Recruit, train, and retain top nursing talent.

+ Monitor clinical outcomes and drive performance improvement.

+ Serve as a liaison with physicians, families, and regulatory agencies.

+ Oversee infection control, medication management, and care planning.

Qualifications - External

•** **Qualifications

+ Active RN license in the state of South Carolina.

+ 3–5+ years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

+ Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, clinical best practices, and survey readiness.

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

+ BSN required; MSN or related advanced degree preferred.
