Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist patients during intake and triage, including obtaining vital signs and medical history

+ Support clinical documentation and EMR data entry for providers

+ Maintain clean and organized exam/treatment rooms; restock and sterilize equipment as needed

+ Monitor patients and communicate any status changes to clinical team

+ Assist with patient flow, coordination, and transfers within the facility

+ Respond to patient calls and requests in a timely, compassionate manner

+ Follow infection control policies, safety protocols, and facility procedures

Requirements

License / Certifications:

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required

+ Medical Assistant Certification – Preferred but not mandatory

Minimum Qualification / Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Completion of a Medical Assistant or healthcare support training program preferred

+ Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or urgent care setting is advantageous

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

+ Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Duration: 6 months contract with the possibility of another 6 months extension

Start Date: 1 to 2 Months

Shift Schedule:

+ Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

+ Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
