Jabil is looking to hire an Inventory Control Associate for its Brandywine location in West Chester, PA.

How will you make an impact? A Inventory Control Associate with Jabil helps to handle and maintain the flow of materials and products in the manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.

What will you do?

+ Own all material movement to stock including dock to stock, material requisition order (MRO), floor returns, and system transactions done by scanner or computer.

+ Receive purchased materials/ services from shipping companies. Ensure all corresponding documentation is correct.

+ Assist in loading and unloading deliveries/pickups.

+ Distribute materials/product/tooling to appropriate areas.

+ Record all necessary transactions in SAP

+ Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one’s job and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.

+ Issue all material from stock including transfers, kits, manual pulls, highly marketable parts (HMP) and system transactions done by scanner or computer.

+ Ensure accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying whenever necessary.

+ Cycle count whenever necessary.

+ Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.

+ Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

+ Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

How will you get here?

Education & Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

+ At least 1 year of experience working in an Inventory Control department is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

+ Computer skills required, with knowledge of Microsoft Products and SAP experience preferred.

+ Experience with driving forklifts is strongly preferred.

+ Willingness to work overtime when needed.

+ Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.

+ Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
