The BPO fosters collaboration across local sites, global, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and value realisation, while maintaining compliance and best practices. The BPO may also perform the responsibilities of other squad roles when the size and complexity of the digital product doesn't warrant additional squad team members.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Development and Lifecycle Management:

+ Responsible for capturing business and user requirements, value propositions, and KPIs for digital products

+ In coordination with the TPO, lead the Squad and the product through its full lifecycle, driving build, continuous improvement, business adoption, operational efficiency, value realisation, and commissioning.

+ Partner with BPAs to ensure strong early lifecycle support, particularly in areas like requirements gathering, use case definition, and site level adoption.

    Leadership and Team Empowerment:

+ Mentor and empower BPAs to take on key responsibilities, reducing the workload for BPOs and improving site level alignment.

+ Work effectively with cross functional teams, including DOTS OPEX, JJT, MSAT, Quality and local site teams, to support adoption and maximise the impact of digital solutions.

+ Build a culture of innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement that supports long term success and value creation.

    Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

+ Shape product backlogs and priorities, aligning global and site-specific needs while working closely with the JJT TPO.

+ Manage budget, timelines, and resources effectively.

+ Promote release planning, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder demonstrations, encouraging active participation from global partners and local sites to gather valuable insights.

+ Engage with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with product team objectives.

    Compliance and Governance:

+ Maintain compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), GxP regulations, and other company policies, while ensuring strict adherence across all digital product initiatives.

+ Drive the execution of business sustain processes (incident, change, performance, adoption, periodic reviews, audits) with local site accountability as applicable.

+ Develop and deploy standard and custom metrics in line with DOTS standards.

    Innovation and Technology Strategy:

+ Use usability studies, research, and analytics tools to improve product satisfaction.

+ Incorporate market and industry knowledge into product development, ensuring alignment with the company's technology strategy and best practices.

    Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

    Required:

+ A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or a related field.

+ Minimum 5 years of GxP experience in digital product development and lifecycle management.

+ Proven experience collaborating with cross functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.

+ Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., FPX, Fast Track Planning, Agile, Project Management Professional).

+ Familiarity with manufacturing systems (SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Distributed Control Systems (DCS)) and digital tools.

    Preferred:

+ Experience with Microsoft Azure, Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau), and understanding of data transformation tools.

+ Knowledge of Business Intelligence, data warehousing concepts, and automation solutions within agile environments.

+ A strong technical foundation with experience integrating data driven strategies and best practices into product design and implementation.

    Key Skills:

+ Exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities.

+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
