We are searching for the best talent for Learning Execution Manager, Access & Fulfillment, to be in Horsham, PA.

Position Overview: The Learning Execution Manager for Access & Fulfillment will play a crucial role in building and executing training initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of our field personnel in the Immunology sector. This role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate across teams, develop engaging training content, and ensure the effective delivery of learning programs.

Key Responsibilities / Areas of Focus:

+ Training Development Collaboration:

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver foundational and ongoing development training focused on Access & Fulfillment within the Immunology sector.

+ Learning and Development Strategy:

+ Lead the creation and execution of the learning and development strategy, engineering the annual Access & Fulfillment segment of the Immunology Learning Excellence Business Plan.

+ Needs Assessment:

+ Collaborate with the Immunology Learning Excellence Team to identify training needs and create relevant content that supports field personnel effectively.

+ Content Development:

+ Work alongside leadership, cross-functional partners, agency partners, and the Center of Excellence team to shape and develop innovative training materials and content.

+ Onboarding and Workshops Support:

+ Support new hire onboarding processes and participate in POA workshops in conjunction with franchise Learning Execution Managers to ensure seamless integration of new team member

+ Project Management:

+ Utilize and monitor project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and manage budget projections for both short-term and long-term impactful training programs.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, project management, or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

+ Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders.

+ Proficiency in project management tools and learning management systems.

+ Ability to analyze data and feedback to improve training programs continuously.
