    Join the team at **PCR/Lemay** , a Waste Connections company in **Frederickson, WA** , as a **Container Washer** . In this hands-on outdoor role, you'll help keep our equipment clean and ready to use by pressure washing garbage carts, bins, and containers, and moving them around the yard.

     

    We’re looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in all weather conditions and performing repetitive tasks that require strength and endurance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps our community clean and safe.

     

    **Pay:** $21–$23/hour

    **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with consistent overtime available

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Pressure wash and sanitize plastic and metal containers

    + Move carts, bins, and containers throughout the yard

    + Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

    + Assist operators and interact professionally with the public

    + Perform litter detail, mowing, and weed eating as needed

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    + Complete other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry 100–150 carts per day

    + Comfortable with frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing

    + Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

    + Commitment to safety and teamwork

    + Forklift experience preferred but not required

    + **Safety-sensitive position** – must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
