Triple Cities Metal Finishing is currently seeking a motivated Production Line Lead to join our team! As a Production Line Lead you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity through a hands-on approach. Specifically, the role focuses on training operators and laborers to set up, operate, and tend to plating tanks on an anodize line, as well as use our internal ERP system to track job progress. Additionally, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work directly with our Leadership Team, with a clear path for career advancement and professional growth.

Since 1945, TCMF has made innovative, as well as necessary changes in the way we conduct everyday business. From advanced surface preparation to highly technical finishing processes, we can handle the smallest pieces to large parts over 30 feet long.

Our three shifts of skilled professionals in our 125,000 square foot facility have made us the vendor of choice for metal finishing for Northeastern United States. Whether it is electroplating, electroless plating, wet paint, or powder coat, we finish it right the first time!

Position Overview:

+ Driving Production: Lead your team to maximize output and meet daily production targets by actively managing the anodize line, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements.

+ Ensuring Quality: Oversee all processes to guarantee that parts are finished correctly, meticulously following work order instructions, and adhering to strict quality control standards.

+ Team Leadership & Development: Train and mentor a team of operators and laborers, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and support needed to work safely and efficiently.

+ Workflow Management: Coordinate with other departments to maintain a seamless workflow, ensuring supplies are in place and downtime is minimized.

+ Safety & Compliance: Uphold all safety protocols and quality certifications (ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, NADCAP), ensuring a safe and productive environment.

Qualifications :

+ Education :

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.

Shift:

+ Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Total Compensation Package:

+ Wage

+ $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

+ Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
