• Full Time - Receptionist Tribal Transit

    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will welcome and direct guests with the goal of improving guest satisfaction. You will report to the Department Manager. You will work onsite at the main tribal transit office in Hugo, Oklahoma.

     

    _PG04 | Start Rate: $15.95/hourly | Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm |_

    Primary Tasks:

    1. You will greet guest, announce visitors, and direct them to proper location.

    2. Operate system switchboard and phone, receive and communicate calls and refer messages to appropriate parties.

    3. Maintain associate and department directories.

    4. You will register guests and maintain visitor records.

    5. Refer non-routine inquiries to supervisor.

    6. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

    Requirements:

    * Good telephone skills

    * Experience with Microsoft Office products

    * Guest-focused, organized, handles pressure and is informative
