Electromechanical Sr Field Service Technician – Conveyor Systems

_Location: Southeast Region (OK, AR, TX, TN, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC)_

We’re seeking a skilled **Field Service Technician** to provide top-tier support to our customers’ distribution centers and production facilities. You’ll **travel extensively** (up to 95%) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of electromechanical systems, including conveyors, robotic applications, sortation systems, palletizers, and PLC controls.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

+ Install, service, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems and PLC-based equipment (Allen Bradley, Modicon, etc.)

+ Provide on-site customer support, including emergency service calls, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.

+ Use your expertise to program, modify, and debug PLC code and robotic applications.

+ Train and mentor field service technicians on equipment and controls.

+ Develop and submit detailed service reports, including program updates and drawings.

+ Work independently and with teams to complete projects efficiently and on time.

+ Other duties as assigned per business needs.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 4+ years of **electro-mechanical** field service experience.

+ High voltage electrical experience.

+ **Conveyor** **systems** maintenance experience.

+ Valid Driver's license.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

WE VALUE

+ Technical degree and/or certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, electronics or similar.

+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.

+ PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen Bradley and other PLC systems).

+ Basic computer skills and understanding of IT networks.
