    ### Job Duties

    Essential Job Duties

    • Learn manufacturing processes, visions, ideas and implementation

    • Research and design new and more efficient ways of manufacturing flex circuits in house. Conduct tests for problem solving as needed. Resolve problems, processes, drawings, design specifications, materials, quality etc, using personal

     

    knowledge and internal resources available.

     

    • Make appropriate contact with customers on issues of workability, quality or design in coordination with set-up

     

    engineering. Respect the confidentiality of company and customer information.

     

    • Resolve issues as presented whether process or design using tact and good judgment and coordinates between

     

    other areas of the company to facilitate resolution.

     

    • Responsible for becoming familiar with all automated pieces of equipment. May include programming, setting

     

    up machine for use, troubleshooting issues, etc.

     

    • Prepare for, attend and participate in meetings as requested relative to process applications.

    • Participation in IPC standards development as requested by Product Engineering

    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Associates Degree within Electronics/Electrical discipline or 5+ years of related industry experience

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    - 3-5 years of experience within electronics industry

     

    - Familiar with PCB manufacturing practices

     

    - Soldering experience preferred

     

    - Ability to troubleshoot and repair components down to a board level

     

    - Ability to effectively communicate with engineering team.

     

    - Strong attention to detail; analytical, problem solving, project management and critical thinking skills; good technical and communication skills; the ability to multitask and set priorities, and the ability to work collaboratively.
