    ATI Physical Therapy (Downers Grove, IL)


    Overview

     

    The Sr. Financial Analyst plays a key role in helping the team—and ATI—reach its goals. You have the opportunity to make an impact by providing support and creative solutions for a variety of company stakeholders. You will work with teammates to analyze and communicate company results and interface with department leaders to influence strategic decisions.     Hybrid position: On-site minimum 1 day per week at ATI's Corporate office in Downers Grove, IL.

    Responsibilities

    * Partner with company leaders and support in strategic decision-making

    * Review monthly results with P&L owners and identify market-specific risks and opportunities

    * Own unique responsibilities in the quarterly forecast and annual budget process

    * Own specific components of the month-end reporting process

    * Create and own recurring reports for Ops and Corporate leadership

    * Design and conduct presentations to educate internal stakeholders on financial concepts

    * Collaborate with the team and cross-functionally for special projects and initiatives

    * Compile and analyze operational and financial data for various ad hoc analyses

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education

    Required:

    * Bachelor’s degree in related field

    Preferred:

    * MBA

    Minimum Experience

    Required:

    * 4+ years in financial planning and analysis or related field with a demonstrated ability to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

    Preferred:

    * Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities

    * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    * Experience in budgeting and forecasting

    * Strong verbal and written communication skills

    * Ability to articulate financial concepts and business drivers to various levels of the organization

    * Solid understanding of the key financial statements

    * Highly motivated and willing to work in a dynamic environment

    * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    * Ability to have ownership over multiple projects at once

    * Analytical and intellectually curious

    * Experience with Tableau, Oracle and SQL preferred
