    SALARY: $50,000 annually

    **What you will be doing:** You’ll be responsible for programing new compliance and implementation of the MYPACE program, evaluation of student progress (ESP) and professional growth seminars, and assists the manager, career support services with other program functions as needed.

    Essential functions:

    1. Facilitate the evaluation of student progress (ESP) process as outlined in the CIS technical guide evaluations.

    2. Schedule all ESP evaluations on a weekly basis.

    3. Ensure career plans are completed and signed upon development and during any changes.

    4. Monitor PARS for updates, accuracy and completion within required deadlines.

    5. Provide counseling support as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + **Bachelor’s Degree including 15 semester hours in social services related instruction** and one (1) year experience in counseling or related field required.

    + Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required.

    + Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
