The Research Associate – Batch Production is responsible for accurate formulation of Abcam products for sales to the customer. A focus on quality, eye for detail, and winning as a team is emphasized within this role.

This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager and is part of the In-House Manufacturing Team located in Eugene Oregon and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Collaborate with multiple teams towards a common objective

+ Enhance lab and production manufacturing skills

The essential requirements of the job include

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 1 year experience in a production/manufacturing setting

+ Perform documented manufacturing processes according to SOPs

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

+ Ability to stand/perform bench work for long periods (2-6 hours at a time)

+ Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25lb

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Work with micropipetting

+ Lab work/lab experience
